Gameday Breakdown: Offensive Line
These are two of the best units in the country. Both teams have huge, experienced lines that can absolutely dominate opponents. One observer of last week’s Ohio State game said that it looked like a video game out there because the Ohio State offensive line was so good. The Buckeyes will have their hands full with the Rodrique Wright and the Texas defensive line, but this is a very strong unit. For Texas, one of the keys to winning this tough road game is inevitably going to be the ability to establish the run. The Texas line is maybe the best in the country, but they haven’t faced a defense this strong since Oklahoma’s unit last year, which probably wasn’t even as good. Both lines will need to be at their best on Saturday.
